PCX - 33 Air Cure + Clear Coat is a high Quality Clear Coat designed for small spot repairs and complete panel repairs. PCX-33 is a super fast drying Clear Coat that retains high gloss with exceptional DOI. The Gloss Level provides continued Gloss Hold-Out achieving an accurate match to OEM Finish. Depending on temperature and air movement, PCX-33 can be sanded and polished after only 30-45 minutes air dry. The clear provides excellent durability
and is resistant to environmental conditions such as sunlight and acid rain.

Mixing Ratio
- Mix 4Part PCX-45 to 1 Part PH-5X0 by volume.
PH - 550 High Solids Hardener Medium Temperature
PH - 560 High Solids Hardener Slow Temperature
PH - 580 High Solids Hardener Very Slow Temperature - Optional Mix : Mix 5Part PCX-33 to 1 Part PH-5X0 by volume. This for more than 3 panels (see tech sheet).
- PH-540 Fast is strongly discouraged for use.

Application
- Apply Basecoat as per manufacture’s mixing and application instructions. Allow sufficient flash times before applying PCX - 33 ClearCoat. Inadequate flash time will affect the performance of the clear.
- 2 (Back-Back)medium wet coats with no flash between coats.
- Do not apply below 65 degrees
