Refund policy

WHAT WE ACCEPT: We will accept returns of any item, EXCEPT FOR custom mixed paint of any kind and any item/s that are on sale regardless of brand or packaging/form. If the item you wish to return is unused and still in its original packaging, there will not be a restocking fee. If the item has been removed from its original packaging a 30% restocking fee will apply and if the product has been opened or used in any way it can not be returned.

Items not available for return or have a limited return time:

• Special order items, Closeouts, and other specially priced items cannot be returned.

• Custom mixed paints and custom built aerosol cans cannot be returned.

• Custom mixed bed-liner tints cannot be returned.

• Cartridge adhesives, sealers, foams, and fillers can be returned within 30 days of purchase date. A restocking fee of 30% will apply.

• Any item that the original packaging has been opened or damaged cannot be returned.

BUYER RESPONSIBILITIES: The buyer is responsible for return shipping and return shipping fees on all items. The buyer is responsible for providing the team with the proper paint codes and information upon purchase. The buyer is also responsible for using proper painting technique when using the items and preparing them properly and responsibly, according to the directions/set ratios/etc.

Please Note: Items or Orders Returned without an RMA number will be discarded and a refund will not be processed. 

Once we receive the item or order and verify the condition to be as stated in the RMA request we will then process your return.
