The High Teck 8100 is a High Solids Urethane Clearcoat designed for panel and overall refinishing projects.  This clearcoat works well in air dry or force dry environments, and provides excellent gloss, distinctness of image, leveling, blending, and buffing characteristics.

Application
  • Apply Basecoat as per manufacture’s mixing and application instructions. Allow sufficient flash times before clear coat application.
  • Apply two 2 coats.
  • Allow 2 – 5 minutes between coats for wet-on-wet application.
  • Thicker film build will slow curing and increase time between coats.
  • Do not apply below 65 degrees.
  • For use by trained professionals only.
Mixing Ratio
  • Mix 4 parts 8100 Clearcoat with one part 810x Hardener by volume.
    HT-8101 Hardener - Fast
    HT-8102 Hardener - Medium
    HT-8103 Hardener - Slow
  • Pot Life 1 Hour.
